Before I design, I need to understand what’s actually going on. Sometimes the path is clear from the start. Other times, it means making sense of needs, constraints and decisions, and turning that complexity into experiences that create real value.
Part of my work is bringing structure to that context, asking the right questions and figuring out what the product actually needs to move forward. I adapt the process to the situation, build on what we already know and go deeper only where it makes a difference.
